What's your secret to "Doing it All"?

I've always wondered this! Some Moms are so much more put together than others. If you feel like you are one of these "put together moms" would you be so kind to share your secrets with the rest of us? I only have 2 kiddos right now but plan on having more in the future. How do you stay on top of things, blog, get your goals accomplished, etc?
